IT'S FUCKING FINISHED PEOPLE! :faint:
I did it!
ERMGHERD!
So yeah, this is Councilor Tevos (or my version of her, anyway)
with all her fancy spots and markings and eyes and lips and fringe and fancy shit!
She's as done as she's gonna get for the moment, I spent ohhhhh.... 10 hours on her? All them freakin individually drawn spots and lines are TIME CONSUMING! :dead:

Aaaanyway, here's your request, :iconealove:, I hope you like it! :D

Major edit: I took a new pic during daylight hours so I could actually get a decent, detailed shot of this. Enjoy the better image! :D

Yeah. I can see the value in complexity, if it weren't for all those dots and markings, this would be a pretty boring picture, and would've required a lot more shading to be worth posting as a finished piece.

As it was, once all those damn lines were finished, the shading needed was pretty minimal. I can live with that! :XD:

Now I just gotta decide what to do next. I'm thinking Garrus and Shepard, him nuzzling her cheek while she looks right at you. Should be a nice little challenge. :)

I reckon a chimpanzee in a rhinestone suit, in Vegas with Turian chorus girls. And Thane in a pink tutu (that'll wind up Ez!)...haw haw...oh, and Elvis.
